Today's lunch is my last mug of instant soup of the week 'cos tomorrow's (as long as I remember to get it out of the freezer in time) will be fruit bread and me-friendly spread. My last mug of instant soup for the week is Minestrone though, all ready and waiting for my carer to arrive in about an hour's time.
