...significantly over my calorie budget yesterday after having 2 packets of very high calorie crisps (741 calories each) so I've restarted my laps this morning, but not my sit-ups or crunches. I'll keep lapping twice a day from now until my weight is back down to where the nurse wants it to be, but won't re-start my exercises until Monday so that I don't mess up my spreadsheet and confuse myself lol
