My body seems to prefer going to bed at 7pm and waking up at 5am so that's what I'm gonna keep doing I reckon.
So far this morning I've taken my blood pressure which was low-normal for me, popped my 10 morning pills and had my breakfast then started the daily virus scan off. Gonna put my day's to-do list together then do my exercises and get ready for the day I reckon.
I've just checked on the status of my deliveries and they look like they are coming together and aren't out for delivery yet, so I can safely do my laps and exercises without risking being interrupted part way through, like I was twice yesterday with a neighbours delivery and then them coming to pick it up lol
The virus scan has just finished and was all clear, so that's reassuring. It's too late to start my laps for this hour now, so I'm gonna get my breakfast photo and to-do list up before I do them I reckon.
