Plan for tomorrow (Thursday 16th April 2026)

  1. Wake up
  2. Go for first emergency wee
  3. Take blood pressure
  4. Go for second emergency wee
  5. Take 10 or 11 morning pills (depending on my mental health)
  6. Go for third and hopefully last emergency wee
  7. Get washed
  8. Get dressed
  9. Make breakfast
  10. Take photo of breakfast
  11. Eat breakfast
  12. Wash up
  13. Boot up laptop
  14. Run daily virus scan
  15. Sort out any issues
  16. Make my first blog post of the day
  17. Open email
  18. Save breakfast photo
  19. Put breakfast photo on here and Instagram
  20. Start reading and reviewing a book
  21. Phone pharmacy about owed prescription
  22. Keep reading and reviewing the book until...
  23. Make double lunch quantity
  24. Take photo of lunch
  25. Eat lunch
  26. Wash up
  27. Put lunch photo on here and Instagram
  28. Keep reading and reviewing the book until...
  29. Make tea of instant soup
  30. Take photo of tea
  31. Drink soup
  32. Put photo of tea up on here
  33. Keep reading and reviewing the book until bedtime
  34. Take last two pills of the day
  35. Head to bed
  36. Hopefully fall asleep quickly
