Plan for tomorrow (Tuesday)...

  1. wake up
  2. go for my first emergency wee of the day
  3. bring clothes downstairs
  4. go for my second emergency wee of the day
  5. take my blood pressure
  6. go for my third emergency wee
  7. take my pills
  8. go for my fourth and hopefully last emergency wee
  9. get clean in either warm (if the tap works) or boiling (if it doesn't) water
  10. get changed
  11. turn on my laptop
  12. make my breakfast while laptop is booting up
  13. eat breakfast
  14. wash up
  15. do my morning admin on my laptop
  16. put in next grocery order
  17. do morning exercises
  18. put bags in front of the door
  19. bring groceries in
  20. put groceries away
  21. hang bags back up
  22. sort out FitBit image
  23. make a very early lunch
  24. do lunch admin
  25. get radiator replaced
  26. pay them what I owe
  27. relax and recover for a while
  28. do my afternoon exercises
  29. clear browser caches ready for Wednesday's weekly virus scan and backups
  30. collapse onto the sofa in utter exhaustion until bedtime
