Today's breakfast, like normal, came in two parts. The first part was my 500ml glass of water to take my 11 morning pills with, then I got washed and changed and my second breakfast was 2 slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast with approx 20g of 'Buttery' spread and a freshly decanted 250ml bottle of Tropical juice.
