Today starts a new week with a new determination to eat at least two proper meals a day, ideally all three. I started off with a 500ml glass of water to take my 9 morning pills with then had my solid breakfast of two slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast with approx 20g of 'Buttery' spread and a freshly-decanted 250ml bottle of Tropical juice.
