Today's lunch was still a bit oily, but I remembered to put the tray in after the air-fryer had pre-heated, then the 80g of sweet potato fries, 3 sprays of air fryer oil, 142g of frozen mixed veg, another 2-3 sprays of oil then bung it in for 11 minutes and bingo! I washed it all down with a 330ml can of a Sparkling Guava pop which was the last one in the can dispenser, so I've gotta remember to refill it before tomorrow... you watch me forget though lol
