Just clear out 534mb of cache in Chrome and started the virus scan, so in theory it'll be done at about 7.30pm tomorrow... assuming I remember not to turn off my likkle laptop tonight of course! lol
***
That's me morning cocktail taken. Not too bad today... the Calcium went everywhere and I could feel my throat closing by the time it got to the Multi, but all four pills went down OKish... no nausea or gagging or getting stuck so it's OK for today, thankfully.
***
Blimey Charlie! The virus scan has been going for 20 minutes and it's already at 26% done! That means it's hit my emails and documents so that's as far as it'll go before I head to bed then it'll be about 45% by the time I come down tomorrow morning and it'll just spend the rest of tomorrow zipping through the other files, then I'll back up my files and head to bed tomorrow evening.
***
Just got back from walking the senior pup. 150% today, which means there's 500% in the bank after 5 days which is good going, but the 300% the other day really screwed up my body and the pup wanted to keep walking today, but there's no way I could have safely done it without falling over and not being able to get back to my feet.
***
Our senior puppy dog is definitely feeling better now than she did yesterday 'cos she's just scoffed some of Steve's sweet & sour pork from his Chinese last night! lol
***
First survey of the day done and dusted.
***
Second survey completed amazingly quickly.
***
Third one done already... I could get used to this! lol
***
And the fourth!
***
D'oheth! I ran a virus scan on top of the one that was already running and AVG didn't like it so I've had to stop and re-start it right from the beginning again, which means it'll be finished in the early hours of Sunday morning instead of tomorrow evening now! 😒
Not to worry though, just means my likkle laptop will be on for 3 days instead of two. Ho hum!
***
Just taken my prescription and the virus scan has done 10% in the time it took me to swallow it! Hopefully it'll be up to 26% by the time I go to bed tonight and I can almost guarantee it'll happen next week too! lol
***
Five surveys done and dusted this afternoon/evening... not bad going I don't reckon!
***
Virus scan back up to 26% again now
***
Given up for the night now, so I'm off to bed now.
Nite nite orl!

We did 200% this morning so there's 450% in the bank now. I'm wiped out and my legs are killing me again so I'm not going to move further than the bathroom today. I just don't want to risk it.
***
Just taken me morning cocktail and they all went down OK until I got to the multi again. Thankfully it wasn't as bad as yesterday, but it did take three mouthfuls of squash to get it down again this morning 😕
***
Not much happening today so I'm gonna try and convince myself to make a start on the surveys lol
***
First survey of the day done and dusted.
***
Our poor senior pup hasn't been well all day... 4 squitty poos and she's just thrown up, bless her little paws! 😟
***
And another poo makes 5 today... poor little puppy dog 😟
***
A reasonably short blog post today but me prescription is kicking in so I'm gonna publish this then shut down.

Me an' Steve have taken our morning cocktails now... Steve can take a handful of pills all at once, but I have trouble taking one at a time! So unfair!
The Multi caused a bit of an issue, but a second mouthful of squash and it was gone, thankfully, this morning!
Gonna take the pup for her walk now while me coffee comes off the boiling temperature a bit!
***
Only 100% today because there's no way my legs could have coped with any more and I wanted to get home before I fell over and couldn't get up. There's still 350% in the bank after 3 days though, so that's awesome... just gonna take me a while to recover is all... sorry pup!
Might take her out again later on, hopefully with Steve this time, as a bonus, but there's no way I can walk any further for the next few hours at least, unfortunately.
Apparently when Steve walks her to the end of the street and back it's about 30 metres, so if he comes out with us later on, she'll have done another 300% with Steve, added to this morning's 100% will make it 400% in a day which is awesome.
As long as she does at least 100% every day though, I'm happy with that.
***
Still virus and malware free and I've taken me prescription but I've got 80-odd surveys to complete!!

Tuesday 25th September 2018
The pup is being a stroppy madam about going on her walk this morning. Hopefully she'll want to go later on, but all she's doing right now is laying in her bed, scratching herself 😟
***
The puppy broke all records of the last 8 years and forced me to walk a huuuge 300% just now! 😵
She's walked further with Steve, but that's a record with me. It's only 60 metres, but I won't be able to safely move for the rest of the day now!!
Supplements time now then that's it for the day.
***
Supplements all went down OK, thankfully, but I'm wiped out now so I'm not going to move off the sofa except to go to the bathroom now.
I can't.
I just can't.
***
After only 2 days, the pup has already got 350% in the bank which is totally awesome for her and I'm proud of both of us for doing 550% in 2 days instead of the 200% I would have been happy with!
***
That was surprisingly easy!
Had an email from Malware Bytes to say that my subscription would be automatically renewed on 25th October unless I cancelled it.
I'm already covered for Malware with AVG so I clicked on the link to cancel it, clicked literally a single radio button and clicked the link to cancel the subscription. That was all there was to it! Literally 3 clicks and I've saved myself £25 for software that I don't need any more!
Thank you for the protection over the last year, Malware Bytes!
***
I'm stiff as a flippin' board now... even me fingers are protesting every time I move them and they were just on the pup's lead and my quad cane!!
***
Taken me prescription and started the daily virus and malware scan now. Got no reason to believe that I'm infected with anything over the last 24ish hours but I reckon it's better to be safe than sorry.
***
Yep, totally free of nasties and no unsecured documents on my likkle laptop. Just gotta keep doing the surveys until my prescription kicks in now.
***
First survey of the day done and dusted.
***
Given up with the survey's for today and we're having a Burger King meal for tea 'cos there's nothing I can have in the house that doesn't require cooking which just ain't safe for me to do!
***

Monday 24th September 2018
Just worked out that if I keep £10 back from Friday's pay day I'll be able to have enough money in my account to see me through October and I'll be able to keep the money back just in case I'm not re-awarded ESA in November!
It's not a huge amount of money, but it means I'll be able to see Christmas and New Year in with my October benefits so won't be forced to die until January which is awesome!
It's terrible that I'm being forced to think like that, but I've got no choice if I haven't got any money coming in and it's cheaper for Steve to live with one person and a pup in the house instead of having to pay for food and pop and heating and lighting for me too.
I'm not suicidal, I'm just making plans for November is all so that everything is sorted when I get the decision letter is all.
***
Just got back with the pup... another record-equalling 250% so she's already got a day and a half's walking in the bank and it's only Monday!! She wanted to carry on walking but there's no way I could have safely walked any further so wasn't willing to risk it. Sorry pup!
***
Just taken me supplements and the multi was a PITA to swallow this time, so I'm now bloated with all the squash I had to drink to get it down! 😒
***
Just trying something... hold on!

Sunday 23rd September 2018
That's the puppy walked and fed.
Steve didn't come with us this morning 'cos it's hosing it down with rain so I knew he wouldn't be joining us today.
The temperature is OK, it's just soggy out there atm, so we'll put the bin bag, recycling box and cardboard bag out there when it's stopped (or at least slowed) down with the rain.
Gonna listen to the Visual Studio video now though so that I can dry off a bit.
***
Gotta take me supplements first though! Almost forgot! lol
***
That's them taken then. The Calcium crumbs went everywhere in my mouth so it took 2 mouthfuls of squash to get 'em all down but the other 3 went down with just a single mouthful! Nice and easy this morning!
Gonna work on the Visual Studio thingy now.
***
Oh cool! Steve's just added a couple of things to our grocery order that's coming tomorrow and I discovered a way to ask them not to substitute the conditioner. I've just read the email about the adjustments and it says that they won't substitute the conditioner then lists the things they will subsitute if our wanted thingies aren't available! How awesome is that!
Steve's only just noticed the dietary profile thingy that I put there 8 days ago and thought it was for high fat foods 'n' stuff until I explained it was for vegetarians and vegans and and lactose-free and gluten-free and shellfish-free etc etc. Another great move by Sainsbury's!
***
The rubbish bag and recycling box have just gone out without any arguments or stress or anything this week!
Just gotta put the blue cardboard bag out then that's it until we need to bring it all back in on Monday!
I've just written my first lines of code too and I'm less than 15 minutes into the four and a half hour video!
Total awesomesauce!
***
Just had a Sunday roast dinner delivered to us... yummy scrummy in my tummy! The only criticism was that it could do with being hotter and the vegetarian one could do with some kind of protein instead of just the scrummy veggies, Yorkshire puds and stuffing. A Quorn roast would be ideal but other protein would work equally as well!
If you know anyone close to the centre of Gloucester in the UK (as in the GL1 area at a guess) who wants a hassle free Sunday lunch cooked and delivered to them who don't mind ordering on the Saturday, just go here and be prepared to sleep away Sunday afternoon lol You need to pay in cash but 2 Sunday roasts and 1 pud from this place is less than a single pizza let alone sides for one person from Domino's or Pizza Hut and soooo much healthier too!
***
I've given up on the video tutorial for Visual Studio less than an hour into it because I kept getting errors when I tried to run the code and I still don't know why that was happening! Steve's talking me through what I want and need to know to add things to his software which is all I wanted to know to start with then I'll be able to totally take that off his hands and do it all myself from now on.
I haven't got the patience to be a programmer! lol
***
Not a happy bunny.
I wasted all morning and most of the afternoon trying and failing to learn something that wasn't even needed.
Took all of 10 or 15 minutes to do it instead of the 8 hours I wasted trying to learn f**king Visual Studio today. Took longer to think up a new name, save and encrypt it than doing the actual programming that never needed to happen in the first place!!
Virus and malware free again. I've taken me prescription too, so I'm just gonna wait for it to start kicking in again now then I'll hopefully be able to have a well-deserved early night for a change!
***
That's the pup's poo cleared up too... almost forgot this week! lol

Just got back from walking the pup. Steve came out of the house and just stayed in the road for 150% while me and the pup did a record-equalling 250%!!
Hopefully he'll walk a little bit next time then gradually increase it back from there... we're gonna take it really slowly 'cos it's been months since we did our last family walkies so we'll take it at Steve's pace now that he's come out with us once.
It's not very far at all - 100% is only about 20 metres but it helps to lose the weight we both need to lose so it's just the encouragement to get Steve out of the house is all. He used to join us every day and take the pup up to the end of the road at least once while I waited outside the house just in case Steve needed help or whatever and we'll do it again soon... just at Steve's pace each time.
***
That's me morning cocktail taken. They all went down really easily again thankfully... so much better than yesterday!
***
We timed the walk really well too 'cos less than half an hour later and it's piddling down with rain!
***
I now know how Steam Trains are twirled about and I've downloaded (but not installed yet) Visual Studio so that I can make changes to the software Steve made for me without pestering him. He'll need to tell me for the first few times, just until I'm used to how it works. Like it was with the database... I know how to add and delete things from it now though!
Watch this space!
***
Downloaded and am currently installing Visual Studio! 😯
***
All installed now... and I know what I need to do when Steve's talked me through the Visual Studio dooberry, then I will, in theory, be able to get it all sorted myself. I've never even seen Visual Studio though and haven't got the foggiest about how to do it, but the theory is that I need to install a couple of apps then copy and paste the new names or whatever into it, press a button and hope that I don't screw it up too badly!
I'll prolly break my likkle laptop the first time I try and do it though! lol
***
I've just written my first ever piece of C# code!!!
It was just a button that, when clicked, says Hello World so I'm not the next Bill Gates or anything, but an hour ago I was panicking that I'd break the laptop just by opening the programme!
Feeling sooooo proud of myself now!!
***
Taken my prescription now, so I'm gonna publish this then log off for the first time in 3 days. Need to remember to watch and learn from the C# video tomorrow and hope nobody phones, emails or comes to the door for me! lol

Shows how often I look at me watch, don't it! It stopped at just gone 2.40pm yesterday but didn't find out until I was in bed at midnight! lol
Ordered meself a new one now though, that'll be here tomorrow and I'll put this one on Freegle as soon as it arrives. It's still works and it's a great watch, it just needs a new battery is all, so hopefully it'll find a new home with someone who can actually leave the street lol
The new one is triple the price I paid for the current one so I'm gonna go into town to change the battery on it each time it needs it now instead of paying a fiver, having it on my wrist for a year and then having to buy another one.
Steve's just taken a photo of it ready to put on Freegle tomorrow so I'm all set for tomorrow morning now so gonna take the pup for her walk and I'll take me supplements then!
***
It seems that the later I go to bed, the less sleep I need for some reason!
I was still awake at midnight but still woke up at 8.30am, yet when I go to bed at 10pm or before I need 12 hours sleep!!
***
Just found 2 watches for a penny each so I snapped them both up lol
***
That's the puppy walked and fed - we did 150% this morning and she was obviously hungry 'cos she started eating before I'd even finished putting her food into her bowl! lol
Supplements now.
***
Three of the four pills went down OK this morning but the multi got stuck so I threw up the squash I'd just swallowed then swallowed it in amongst the squash that was in my mouth. It's why I can't take capsules or larger pills without crunching them up first!
***
Steve's just done the squash for me, so I don't need to pester him about it any more now.
***
Taken me prescription so I'll be going to bed soon. Nite nite orl!

Thursday 20th September 2018
Yet again Steve's broken another promise. He said he was going to come on family walkies with me and the pup yesterday morning but yet again he hasn't.
It's splattering with rain though so I can understand that he didn't want to get soggy feet, it's just annoying that he promises one thing then changes his mind.
He needs more B12 and B9 though so he's thinking of getting a multi instead of 2 separate ones... seems sensible! Their multi that I'm taking atm starts kicking in within seconds of swallowing it!
***
That's the shampoo gone, the purse is still on offer though!
***
Steve's just bought a multivitamin from Simply Supplements so that'll be here in a few days... usually with the post so it'll prolly be here by the weekend or the start of next week at the latest.
***
Just gotta take my cocktail now, then that's everything sorted for the day and I can just concentrate on all the millions of survey's waiting for me. 😵 OK, so that's a huge exageration, but the truth is that there are 65 waiting for me right now.
***
That's me morning cocktail taken. The multi got stuck half way down which made me retch and almost throw up but the fast second gulp of squash got it down, thankfully. All three of us have taken our pills now so I can concentrate on the survey taking.
***
First survey done and dusted.
***
Given up with the surveys now... marked 'em all as read and I've got a book to read and review tomorrow so I doubt I'll get many surveys done tomorrow either!
***
Stuffed from me tea now! Gonna be a late night for me! lol
***
Just about to start the deep virus scan at bed time on a Thursday which hopefully means it'll be finished by Saturday morning... the battery will need a looooong time to cool down but it'll be worth it after being on for 3 days without being turned off!
***
Gonna be a late night for me! lol

Wednesday 19th September 2018
Just taken the pup for her morning stroll. She only wanted to do the normal 100% today so she's still got 100% in the bank.
Steve said that as long as it's not raining tomorrow we'll go for another family walk again. He said at the weekend that he wanted to start coming out with us again so that he can lose the weight he's put back on 'cos he enjoyed the relaxed start to the day and the exercise helped him to lose a bit of his obesity that he's put back on again since he stopped joining us.
I'll give it a fortnight before he doesn't regularly come out with us again 😞
***
Steve's made me a single bottle of squash so that I can take my morning cocktail of pills. He promised last night that he'd make me 4 bottles as he's being paid to be my carer for 35 hours a week but I'm lucky to get half an hour a week in reality!
***
That's me pills taken and I'm bloated with squash now. They went down a lot easier than I was thinking last night!
***
First survey of the day completed already!!
***
Given up on the surveys for today, taken me prescription and it's starting to kick in so I'm gonna have an early night for a change. Nite nite orl!
