Nite nite orl

I've popped my last two pills of the week and of the strips so I'm gonna head to bed for an early night now I reckon.

Fourth and final update to today's to-do list

  • Drink glass of water
  • Take morning pills
  • Run daily virus scan - it checks a lot more things now and it found an advanced issue which is now resolved
  • Turn on air purifier
  • Fill kettle with water
  • Boil water in preparation
  • Have breakfast
  • Put breakfast photo up on here and Instagram
  • Get washed and dressed with my carer
  • Refill kettle ready for tomorrow
  • Sort out email addresses
  • Create memorial site - the bones are there, just gotta keep working on the content on Monday
  • Do my laps - I've lost too much weight to do them this week
  • Do the news
  • Find new Pagan forum - will I be approved on any of the 3 I've applied to today?
  • Give my MIL her bowl and tray back
  • Have lunch
  • Eat 2 pears - there were 7 pears so I'm just having 1 today
  • Log lunch into FitBit app

I'm impressed, so far at least with...

...this skirt and especially myself.


It's a very long skirt (as in ankle length with the waistband underneath my boobs) which I've always liked and flowing whenever I walk (another plus point) but the biggest plus point is that it hasn't wound itself around my ankles so far which means I haven't fallen over for that reason (which was one of my biggest anxieties this morning).


It's more of a Summer type of skirt 'cos it's thin and lightweight, so I won't be able to wear it when it's wet or snowy outside but for just wearing inside the house and in hot weather, it'll be great!  Definitely 5 stars from me so far, but I wanna see how it copes with going through a couple of washes first, before I leave a review otherwise I'll have no way to change it if it disintegrates on the first wash lol


Must remember, tomorrow, to...

  1. have breakfast but NOT the orange juice
  2. weigh myself
  3. log my weight into my FitBit app
  4. download the FitBit spreadsheet for this week
  5. code and upload the spreadsheet
  6. potentially re-start doing my laps if I've put on enough weight
  7. bring the rubbish and recycling containers back into the house when they've been collected
  8. take the hallway mat off my to-do list after all this time lol
  9. add all this to my first to-do list tomorrow morning lol

Today's (1st October 2023) breakfast photo

My first breakfast of this week went down a treat.  My stomach kinda went "what the... ooh!" but I've just had my breakfast which will hopefully keep me going until lunchtime now.


It was just 2 slices of wholemeal toast with enough dairy-free spread to soak in and make it nice and soft along with an orange juice.

Mornin' all

How are you all diddling this morning?  I'm sooo cold but I'll be wearing almost entirely new clothes today when my carer comes, so I hope I don't fall over the skirt lol


I've popped my morning pills and run the daily virus scan which checks for even more things than even yesterday now, so that's good.  It found an advanced issue which it being resolved as I speak.


Gotta remember to put my rubbish and recycling containers out today... need to empty the bin in here first though.  I also need to remember to give my MILs dishes back to her after the fridge cake was an utter disaster lol


Gonna publish this now and hopefully get my to-do list up before my morning carer arrives.
