Just my normal breakfast again this morning: berries and cherries muesli with not enough plant protein soya milk, a pack of apple and (3) grapes as well as, of course, my usual orange juice. I also decided to have my second dose of caffeine to wake me up with half a mocha (because there wasn't enough drinking chocolate for a full one) and I've now got a "revitive" green tea on the go now too so I'm already getting on for half way through today's liquid intake and it's not even 9.30am yet lol
