Fourth and final update to today's to-do list

  • Drink glass of water
  • Take morning pills
  • Run daily virus scan
  • Put drops in my ear
  • Turn on air purifier
  • Read email about the grocery order on Tuesday - they responded to the points I raised and gave me a £10 goodwill voucher, thankfully
  • Read and reply to C's email
  • Fill kettle with water
  • Boil water in preparation
  • Have breakfast - I can't this morning after this morning's carer's "support" - or at any time in the near future either now!
  • Put breakfast photo onto this blog and Instagram - I'm not having breakfast today, seemingly - or at any time in the near future either now!
  • Get washed and dressed with my carer
  • Refill kettle ready for tomorrow
  • Do my laps - not gonna risk it today, considering I'll only be able to have about 750 calories inside me today - I'll be living on 521 calories today and only 356 a day starting on Monday 'cos today's lunchtime carer has made the table too sloped to put anything on now, so I'll be surviving on a tin of beans or tin of spaghetti every day now, with no breakfast or even any liquids, other than when I take my pills 3 times a day from now on, frustratingly
  • Do the news
  • Find new Pagan forum - will I be approved today?
  • Have lunch
  • Eat 2 pears - I'll try and remember to have them this afternoon along with a couple of mince pies, but things like that are the only things I'll be eating now
  • Put photo of my lunch up on here and Instagram
  • Take lunchtime pill
  • Turn immersion heater on - turned it on at 8.19am
  • Have bath
  • Turn immersion heater off - turned it off at 10.26am and it was gorgeously hot today
  • Take out two slices of bread ready for tomorrow's breakfast - gonna have today's two slices tomorrow as long as they haven't gone mouldy - I've binned today's slices and won't be able to have any more again now, frustratingly
  • Give hallway mat away to Freegler/bin it next week
  • Give Graze vouchers away to Freeglers
  • Read and review 3 Kindle Unlimited books
  • Study my courses - I'm too stressed out and hungry now, unfortunately
  • Take evening pills
  • Go to bed
