I'm cold, hungry and thirsty but the virus scan was still clear and I remembered to put Steve's medical notes into a bag yesterday so I've just gotta remember to take it with me today lol

I've taken my morning pills and drunk the glass of water so I'm all set for the day now.

There isn't enough rubbish or recycling to go out this week, so I'll just put the food waste caddy out when I get home instead this week.

My morning carer could turn up at any time so I'm gonna publish this blog post and work on putting today's to-do list up before she arrives.
