...I've given up on the cake because the "mix until smooth and creamy" bit of the recipe obviously needed an electric mixer 'cos after over an hour of mixing it by hand, I was still no closer to getting it like that so I've officially given up, binned it and wasted sooo much money.
Not a happy bunny right now and I'm shaking like a leaf, in a great deal of pain, my mood is through the floor and I'm not safe on my feet any more.
