Fourth and final update to today's to-do list

• Take morning pills
• Run daily virus scan
• Turn on air purifier
• Fill kettle with water
• Boil water in preparation
• Have breakfast - can't until Wednesday
• Put breakfast photo onto this blog and Instagram - can't until Wednesday
• Get washed and dressed withmy carer
• Do my laps - not going to until I can start having breakfast again
• Do the news
• Have lunch
• Put photo of my lunch up on here and Instagram
• Take lunchtime pill
• Put immersion heater on - turned on at 7.29am with 90p on the smart meter
• Have bath
• Turn immersion heater off - turned off at 9.18am with £2.37 on the smart meter
• Give hallway mat away to Freegler or Olio-er
• Read and review 6 Kindle Unlimited books
• Study my courses
• Take evening pills
• Go to bed
