Today is my last solid food lunch for the next 5 days 'cos starting tomorrow it's a bowl of soup each day, just for a change.
The only input my carer had in making my lunch today was putting the spoon in the bowl and bringing it in here for me, then filling the glass up with the last dregs of the pop I started last night (or was it this morning?) - the rest of the time she was on her phone watching a video or something.
Today's lunch was a tin (ie 2 servings) of spaghetti loops and a glass of caffeine free Diet Pepsi, so I've still gotta consume 502 calories this afternoon to take me into the green otherwise it'll be a blue day and I'll have lost even more weight, which I really don't wanna do.
