Lunch today was a tin (ie 2 servings) of baked beans and a glass of water along with two royal gala apples for pud. It's my last solid lunch for the next 5 days 'cos I've finished off the baked beans and spaghetti loops/strands now and I'm having either plant-based cream of tomato or lentil soup for lunch for 5 days, starting tomorrow.
My body is liking having had so much fruit and veg today 'cos I had 2 apples after I'd taken my plate and empty orange juice bottle after I'd had my breakfast this morning, another 2 with the baked beans and yet another 2 apples for pud too!
