Today's (6th September 2023) lunch photo

Aaaand I'm back to having hot lunches again.


Today's lunch was a can (ie 2 servings) of spaghetti strands and a 500ml glass of water.


I'm a huuuge 790 calories under budget so there will be lots of chocolate consumption this afternoon lol  What sort of vegan snacks are there that are high calorie and take no preparation please?  I know there's fruit and drinking chocolate, but I'm trying to find things that are ready to eat as soon as you've taken the wrapper off.  I'm trying to steer clear of drinks 'cos I already guzzle my way through plenty every day, but things like chocolate and peanuts and stuff like that would be good.


I've got a tub of chocolate covered peanuts and another tub of chocolate covered raisins as well as a variety box of vegan protein bars but they will only last for so long and I wanna be able to get other things ready to increase my calorie count each day 'cos if I'm over 700 calories under budget each day, it won't be long before I'm underweight again which I really wanna avoid.
