Today's breakfast was just my usual berries and cherries muesli with plant protein soya milk and a 250ml bottle of orange juice. Tomorrow will be the same, but that'll potentially be my last muesli meal of the year and I'll be having toast again after that 'cos it's warmer than the muesli... I just hope that the toaster still works and that I can stay on my feet for long enough to make it after my carer has left lol
Can someone remind me to have the family roast leftovers from Sunday as part 2 of my lunch so that I don't have to rely so heavily on chocolate to get my calorie count up today pretty please?
