I've woken up feeling like my head is stuffed with cotton wool again and one of the quarters of my magic pill made me retch this morning, but I've managed to swallow all my morning pills and taken the first video of the week so it's time for me to publish this and attempt to get my first to-do list of the week put up before my first carer arrives.
