As you will prolly realise by now, most Monday's are the leftovers from Sunday lunch and today was the same.
I gobbled down 2½ servings of a vegan family roast, 1½ small roast potatoes cooked in vegetable oil, broccolini and runner beans which has got me nice and full and ready for another week of barely eating anything, especially when I'll just be having the instant soups for lunch!
