Well, it's the start of an extremely busy day for me today and I'm not having breakfast again just in case I get an early carer and I've got admin to do with a medical appointment between 8am and 12pm today so I'll be taking the phone with me every time I go for a wee. It's my groceries between 4pm and 5pm too and I've gotta put the FitBit image together and finish reading and reviewing the book today too.
I've taken my blood pressure, popped my morning pills, made myself a hot chocolate and the virus scan has just finished so I'm gonna shut up now and put today's to-do list together.
