Well, my breakfast today is a 500ml glass of water and there didn't seem to be much point taking a photo of it 'cos you all know what water looks like, right?
I've taken my blood pressure, which was back down to my normal again, popped my 9 morning pills and run the daily virus scan which was still reassuringly clear.
Today's extras are to take the rubbish and recycling outside after my last carer of the week has left, let the Freegler know and give them their stuff and I've gotta refill my dosette box after I've had my lunch too.
Time to put today's to-do list together now I reckon.
