Today (1st March 2025) I'm grateful for...

...1) my carers finally not coming on a Saturday morning, 2) my early morning shower and hair wash, 3) remembering to use the right brush on my hair all day, 4) the three hot drinks (2 decaff mochas and a drinking chocolate), 5) finishing reading and reviewing the book without losing my lunch and finally 6) getting my blood pressure photos up on my health site without any problems at all this time!


Today has been a very good day for me.
