First update to today's plan

  1. Wake up
  2. Go for first emergency wee
  3. Take blood pressure
  4. Go for second emergency wee
  5. Take 10 or 11 morning pills (depending on my mental health)
  6. Go for third and hopefully last emergency wee
  7. Get washed
  8. Get dressed
  9. Make breakfast
  10. Take photo of breakfast
  11. Eat breakfast
  12. Wash up
  13. Boot up laptop
  14. Run daily virus scan
  15. Sort out any issues
  16. Make my first blog post of the day
  17. Open email
  18. Save breakfast photo
  19. Put breakfast photo on here and Instagram
  20. Shake crumbs out of toaster
  21. Start reading and reviewing a book
  22. Phone pharmacy about owed prescription
  23. Bring in prescription
  24. Put prescription away
  25. Keep reading and reviewing the book until I...
  26. Make double lunch quantity
  27. Take photo of lunch
  28. Eat lunch
  29. Wash up
  30. Put lunch photo on here and Instagram
  31. Keep reading and reviewing the book until...
  32. Make tea of instant soup
  33. Take photo of tea
  34. Drink soup
  35. Put photo of tea up on here
  36. Keep reading and reviewing the book until bedtime
  37. Take last two pills of the day
  38. Head to bed
  39. Hopefully fall asleep quickly
