I'm gonna...

...try another experiment tonight.


I've been sleeping for over 9 hours a night by going to bed at 6pm and my natural wake-up time seems to be 4am-ish, so I'm gonna try taking my pills at 6pm tonight, no change there, but I won't be shutting down and heading to bed until 7pm to see what happens in the morning.


I'm hoping that I'll get about 8 hours of sleep and feel more awake tomorrow 'cos I can barely function on 9 hours of sleep so I'm hoping that by going to bed an hour later, I'll get an hour less sleep and feel more awake tomorrow morning.
