Well, so far this morning I've taken my blood pressure (which was right in the middle of my normal range), popped my morning pills, pulled the water heating switch in the bathroom at 5.35am (so bath-time is at 6.35am-ish) and attempted to do my laps but it wasn't safe 'cos I was too weak and wobbly, so I'll do them after I get out of the bath and have had my breakfast just in case it's a low blood sugar issue.
I've just started off the virus scan, so hopefully that'll be clear.
My FitBit app is misbehaving again 'cos yesterday's calories have disappeared from the graph too, just like Tuesday's, so FitBit have lost a customer in me and I won't be buying a third FitBit when my Charge 6 dies.
Time to get today's to-do list together now I reckon.
