Mornin' all

After over 9 hours of sleep last night, I've woken up feeling worse than having 7 hours of sleep!


So far this morning, I've taken my blood pressure, popped my morning pills, had my breakfast, done the washing up, weighed myself (I've put on 800g) and run the daily virus scan which was still, reassuringly, clear.


Time to get today's to-do list together then do my first set of exercises of the day and week after charging up my Inspire.  Gotta unplug the drain again too.
