I'm definitely sleeping too much since the clocks changed 'cos I was asleep for 9 hours and 27 minutes overnight, according to my FitBit app and I'm feeling worse than I do on 5 hours of sleep!
My blood pressure was a bit high for me, but still low this morning at 111, but that's OK. I've popped my morning pills with my breakfast glass of water and I'm not gonna have anything else for my breakfast 'cos I'm not hungry. The daily virus scan was still reassuringly clear, so that's good.
I've just put in my next grocery order and I'm gonna go for another emergency wee before I put today's to-do list together.
