Well, after going to bed an hour later last night, I woke up an hour later this morning and still slept for over 9 hours so maybe that's what my body needs after all?
I've had a pretty productive morning so far 'cos I've taken my blood pressure (which was low normal for me), popped my 9 morning pills, started the weekly virus scan (which has finished and was still clear), got washed and changed and I'm gonna start the backups going as soon as I've published this, then I'll do my morning exercises and wait for my deliveries and try and remember to arrange for the engineer to come out and get it sorted for me.
It's gonna be multiple drinking chocolates this morning to try and get a few hundred calories into me instead of just the water that I had for my breakfast.
This first blog post of the day is getting a bit long now, so I'm gonna go for my fourth wee of the morning in about an hour and a half, then set the backups off, then make a start on my exercises.
