Today's breakfast came in two parts again - the first was my normal 500ml glass of water to take my first 9 pills of the week with and my second was my first solid meal of the week and potentially my last one of the day, depending what time the radiator replacement man gets here. The second, solid breakfast was my usual two slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast with approx 20g of 'Buttery' spread and washed down with a 250ml bottle of Tropical juice.
