I've had a rough kinda start to this morning, but I've already taken my blood pressure which was very high for me but just about in the normal range that medical bods use (122 this morning instead of the usual low 100's), taken the recycling back outside, popped my morning pills, had my breakfast then weighed myself... I've lost 2.1kg in the last week but I can still do my laps and exercises this week and I'm now down to were the nurse wants me to be. The virus scan was still reassuringly clear, so that's good news.
Gonna go for a wee then do my first set of exercises of the day then make myself a hot drink, put today's breakfast photo up and then my to-do list.
