I've decided that, as soon as my weight is back down to where my medical bods are happy with, I'm gonna carry on with what I'm doing now (a certain amount of time twice a day) when I'm over a certain weight, or for a certain amount of time once a day if I'm right where my medical bods want me to be or a certain amount of time every other day if I'm below that, but I'll get more calories into me on those weeks... lots of creamy hot chocolates etc lol
My weight has been bouncing around 'cos I've gone from twice a day when I'm over to nothing at all when I'm the right weight then I'm over again the next week so I've exercised more, then gone below so no exercising etc etc and I wanna try and get out of that 'cos it can't be healthy!
I'll still keep eating and pigging out on choccie, but I'll vary my exercising frequency so that I'm still doing it and keeping my heart healthy, but I hopefully won't be bouncing around so much.
