Tuesday 18th September 2018

The pup did 150% on her walk this morning so she's got 100% in the bank this week, if she decides to be a stroppy bitch again this week!  She was desperate for a wee too and squatted down on the pavement as soon as I opened the door.  Within a couple of minutes of getting home she went out the back for a poo, too so she's all set for the day now and I'm gonna take me supplements now so that I can be fully dosed up for the day too.

That's me pills taken and coffee drunked so I'm all set for the day now.  Just waiting to see if anyone wants me purse and the boxes that someone said they wanted in the early hours of yesterday morning.

That's the Freegle stuff sorted... that's the boxes, purse and shampoo I'm offering this week alone lol  It de-clutters the house and gives other people stuff for free which keeps it out of the tip when it's still useable which saves the planet little by little.

There's no point binning stuff when other people need/want it!

Just completed the first survey of the day... still waiting for my Amazon package to be delivered even though it's been in the area at least 5 times so far today lol

Just got back from taking the pup for her morning stroll and she did 250% and a poo today!  That means she's walked off yesterday's 100%, today's 100% and there's already an extra 50% in the bank too!

That's my morning cocktail swallowed.  They all went down pretty easily today, thankfully.

The pollen count is already through the roof now 'cos my eyes and nose are running, I keep sneezing and my throat is closing up too.  😔

Just put me previous purse on Freegle - used the site instead of Yahoogroups for the first time 'cos apparently they are moving away from Yahoogroups for some reason.

I just hope I did it right!  lol

That's the recycling been and gone for another week... just waiting for our bag of rubbish to go now then that's it until the shopping comes between 6pm and 7pm tonight.  Hopefully the purse will go at some point today along with the boxes that someone wanted overnight but that's it then for another week!

Just completed the first survey of the day and was awarded $3.52 overnight for surveys I did a few days ago... a tiny amount for how much time I spent on each survey, but it's better than nothing and keeps me out of trouble lol

The pup hasn't wanted to go for her morning walkies all morning  👎  We managed to get the rubbish and recycling out there without an argument though... 2 completely full recycling boxes today!!

Still waiting for me mug and USB thingy to arrive - it's been on it's way from Swindon since 9.43am and Steve reckons it only takes half an hour to get from Swindon to here!

Steve said there must be some kind of war re-enactment in the centre of Gloucester today 'cos there was all kinds of booming from cannons.

I didn't believe him.

The mug and flash drive thingy has just arrived.  The mug is an OK size and it fits in the hole on the table which I'm thankful for... was just expecting it to be a bit bigger, considering it's supposed to hold 500ml, but we'll find out next time we have a cafetierre coffee... I can fit 1.5 mugs into my current mug and Steve has one mug, so in theory I'll be able to have the full 1.5 mugs in just one mug tomorrow.

We shall see.

Gonna try doing the Acer dooberry now... if you don't hear from me for a few days it's because I've accidentally reformatted my hard drive and I'm rocking backwards and forwards in tears!  lol

Sort of done... the factory reset back-up needed 32GB on its own, plus another 4GB for the apps and devices as well as 4GB of junk that was already on it before it left the factory just wasn't gonna fit, so I've just ordered myself a 128GB one that'll be here on Tuesday so that's plenty of room for the factory reset backup as well as the apps and devices backup.

£32 paid for 2 USB drives in 24 hours is pretty expensive but when I get the 2 backups sorted on Tuesday/Wednesday (depending what time it turns up on Tuesday) I'll have peace of mind until I've used up the entire external hard drive for the backups.

It's worth it for peace of mind!

Taken me supplements - they all went down OK until it got to the multi this morning.  That refused to go down whole so I had to crunch it up to swallow it  😕 👎

That's the backup sorted for another week now.  Just need to get a new cardigan (this one has got holes in the elbow lol) and a USB stick thingy so that I can create a Windows start up thingy with everything on it that I need to start my laptop up from if things go tits up and I need to reformat my hard drive or whatever.  I hope it never happens 'cos I haven't got a clue what to do if it does, but it's better to be safe than sorry, right?

Not bad for pennies over £25!  Got meself a big mug that'll be here tomorrow, a memory stick thingy for the factory reset back up dooberries that'll be here on Monday and a cardigan that'll be here in the middle of the week... the poor postie is gonna hate me next week!  lol

AVG has just protected me from a threat on a website, so that's like 3 times in as many weeks... expensive but soooo worth it I reckon!  Definitely worth the year-long protection it gives!

The mug has just been dispatched so it'll be here by 8pm tomorrow and it apparently holds half a litre of liquid!!  😲

The USB memory stick thing has been dispatched and will be here tomorrow too so by the time I go to bed tomorrow I'll be able to have half a litre of tea, coffee and drinking chocolate as well as being able to do the restarting thingamejig too... just waiting for the cardigan now!

You only need to create the restarting dooberry once, right??  I can just create it then bung it in the drawer so that it's ready, right??

I'm gonna walk the pup when she wants to go rather than me today... she's looking like she's ready to go now that I've said that!  BRB lol!

The puppy did another 150% today so I'm definitely thinking that she will control when we go rather than me for the time being at least.

She's got a gunky eye that she won't let me take out so I'll try again later... she let me do her right eye, it's just the left one that still needs to be sorted.  I won't pressure her because I want her to keep trusting me to do it in future.  We'll get there when she's ready.

Just taken me morning cocktail of pills and they were all a nightmare to swallow today!!  A huge 13 mouthfuls of squash to swallow only 4 pills!

I'm bloated again now because of all the liquid I had to drink to swallow them... not good at all!

Thursday 13th September 2018

Just got back from taking the pup for her walk and she poo'd so I, like the responsible dog owner that I am, picked it up and brought it home to bin on Monday.

I didn't have to struggle to get her off the sofa this time, so I'm thinking I just need to wait until she's been for a poo out the back and she's got herself off the sofa before I take her tomorrow and every day after that.

Having to bend down so much to pick up her poo has well and truly wiped me out now though, so I'm not going to move off the sofa the rest of the day now so that my knees don't give way and I end up on the floor, unable to get up.

Gonna take me cocktail now then not move for a while to recover.

That's me 4 pills taken with 5 mouthfuls of squash and I'm starting to get tired and my knees are starting to ache now, so I'm just gonna listen to my body and not force it to do anything more than it can cope with today.

No pushing at all.

The only time I'm gonna leave the sofa is to go to the bathroom and I'm gonna use my arms as little as possible for the first few hours.

Wednesday 12th September 2018

The puppy was a reluctant little girl first thing... she refused to go for her walk while she was on the back of the sofa, but when she decided to jump down on her own she was eager to go for her walk then.

We only did 100% but she met our neighbour and wagged her tail at the children.  The older 2 children seemed to want to say hello to the pup and the youngest were too nervous about the puppy to really pay much attention to her.  Maybe they've had bad experiences of dogs in the past?

Her food is in her bowl for her to eat whenever she's hungry but I'm gonna take me morning cocktail of pills now.

Little sweetie puppy dog is having oneheckuva dream 'cos she's woofing away like a good 'un!  It's rare for her to make a sound when she's awake so it must be scaring/exciting her to do it in her sleep!

Money advice please - we've got a mortgage and no car.  I haven't seen my mum for 8 years.  Should I pay a chunk off the mortgage or pay for a used car for Steve please?

We've got 5 years left to pay on the mortgage so paying off a chunk of it would mean Steve could get a car after the final payment and I could go and see my mum again, I'd just have to wait for another 5 years is all and neither of us are getting any younger or healthier.

OTOH if I get us a car I can go over and see her sooner but we'd still be struggling to pay the mortgage for the next 5 years on top of having to buy insurance and MOTs and any repairs and stuff on top of that.

My credit score is through the floor and I'm determined not to get into debt ever again, so a car loan is out too, so what should I do please?

That's the puppy walked and fed.  She was back to being excited when I called "walkies" and she did the full 100% without getting stroppy today too so I don't know what happened on Sunday and yesterday, but she's back to being her adorable self now, thankfully.

That's me morning cocktail of pills taken and they all went down reasonably well again this morning.  It was just the Calcium that took an extra mouthful of squash to get the last few bits down.

That's my passwords changed on Bravenet and added to Roboform and the Chrome drop-down thingamejigs... got rid of 3 accounts that I no longer use and edited the ones that I do to reflect the new passwords.  Only need to remember 4 now!  lol  My Windows log in password, my Roboform password, my online banking password and the members area password on the S4CG site!  They are all different and more secure than the ones I usually use to sign it... just gotta remember which password is for which now!  lol

Got a headache in both eyes now!  😕  Just taken the first Paracetamol that I've taken for about 5 years and had to crunch it up... yuckerama!  It's worse than even a disintegrated Iron pill which I thought was the worst taste in the world.

I was wrong.

Monday 10th September 2018 - Part 2

Just got back from having me hair cut.  We were with Steve's family for almost 4 hours, which was the same as we spent with my mum on the day of my father's funeral, he'll be with his dad for at least a couple of hours tomorrow and Friday, so that's almost the same amount as I've spent with my mum since 2010... hardly fair, is it?  Seeing his family the same amount in 5 days as I've seen my mum in 8 years!!!  So much for going over to see her regularly too!

Monday 10th September 2018 - Part 1

Just got back from taking the pup out.  She refused point blank yesterday so I wasn't going to let her get away with it today as well.  I had to almost literally drag her off the sofa unfortunately.  👎  She was fine on Saturday so I don't know why she has been so reluctant for the last 2 days.  😕

She wanted to come home after 50% but I forced her to do the full 100%.

Just brought the rubbish bag in after it's just been collected.  Put the last empty bottle of pop in the recycling, ready for when that gets taken too.

Having me hair cut today and thankfully my Aliceband has shrunk so that it's tighter against my head again now, so this blog will have two parts today... assuming I remember of course.  lol

Gonna take me supplements before I forget again now though.

That's me supplements taken incredibly easily this morning... just one mouthful of squash each and then straight down!  I usually have to chase at least one of them round my mouth for a few seconds so it was amazingly easy this morning, thankfully!  😊 😌

The water and coconut conditioner weren't in stock so I'm glad I didn't put the bottles in for recycling and I've asked Steve to give the conditioner back too... more expensive for less volume!  Just need to remember to put the water and conditioner on next week's order instead lol
