Nite nite orl

I've had enough for one day, so I'm off to bed and Steve'll have to take his own plate back through to the kitchen for a rare change.

My belly is already rumbling 'cos I've only eaten twice this week and I won't be eating tomorrow, so I'll be even hungrier then... not that that matters, right Steve?

Nite nite orl.

Pills taken, Steve fed...

...and I'm so stressed out that I need some playdough to relieve it.

Steve's eaten more meals today (3 times) than I've had all week (lunch on Tuesday and breakfast today).  Tomorrow is gonna be the 5th day that I make all of Steve's meals for him and I won't have anything solid in my belly at all 'cos I finished off the granola this morning and Steve's having another meaty meal again and there's nothing that I can have instead.  Both baking trays are still full of meat juices, so I can't have anything on them that isn't in a container (like the lasagne on Tuesday) before the foil is removed and the trays scrubbed which won't be until Steve's finished eating all his meat in January and he's having sausages and chips at least once a week between now and the end of December and the trays have to be saved for his pack of 20 rashers of bacon that he's bound to get, so it's pointless trying to get them clean before January because they will have to be re-cleaned when Steve's finished all his meat again.  I'm just glad that there are only 2 meat-athon months a year and I can eat a couple of times a week the other 10 months of the year.

Between now and...

...the end of JanNo23, I'll be eating a maximum of 10 times, which is less than Steve eats in 4 days,  If he stocks up on meat like he did with NaNo, it'll be 6 weeks from now before I can start getting food in that is suitable for me again.

Those 10 lunches break down like this:

Saturday 3rd - curry

Sunday 4th - vegetarian spaghetti bolognaise

Friday 9th - vegetarian spaghetti bolognaise

Saturday 10th - vegetarian sweet 'n' sour

Sunday 11th - vegetarian chilli

Friday 16th - pasta bolognaise

Sunday 18th - vegetarian "chicken" nuggets and chips

Wednesday 21st - vegetarian sweet 'n' sour

Sunday 25th - Christmas lunch with Steve's family

Saturday 31st - pasta, sauce and vegetarian pieces.

That's it then until Steve's got through his inevitable stock-pile of meat in the fridge and both freezers which, if it's anything like NaNo was, will take at least 2 weeks before I can get some me-friendly food back into the house and I reckon it'll be the end of January before we regularly have me-friendly meals again even if, like NaNo, I finish in 6 days.  I'm guessing I'll be very underweight by the time I finish JanNo, so I'll be reliant on having bread and spread so that I can increase my weight back up to a safe level again, which Steve won't like but I'd prefer to put up with his disapproval and guilt trips than go underweight again.

Studying for the day...

...has now finished and I passed first time, amazingly.

I've made myself a drinking choccie to celebrate and the rest of today's to-do list, looks like this:

  • sort out the forum
  • do the news
  • give the Freegle things away
  • study the Christmas course
  • make my carers meals for him and
  • care for my carer throughout the day

I can't do anything else until Steve gets home, so I'm just gonna take a bit of time to wind down and relax a bit.

Afternoon pill...

...popped, Steve gone to his appointment and the studying is coming along at a stomping pace!

My to-do list now looks like this:

  • sort out the forum
  • do the news
  • give the Freegle things away
  • study the Christmas course
  • make my carers meals for him and
  • care for my carer throughout the day

I'll hopefully have finished the course by the time Steve gets home, so I can make him his lunch, then care for him for the rest of the afternoon.

Today's (1st December 2022) breakfast photo

I'm not having any lunch today 'cos Steve's got a regular medical appointment at lunchtime, so he's having soup and I'm having nothing again (just like every Thursday), so I made sure I had a huuuuge breakfast and finished off the granola, so won't be able to have any more breakfasts now until Steve (my hubby/carer) decants the next bag into the jug for me.

Here's today's breakfast photo:

Steve is...

..."going for a poo 💩 then have my wash" so I'm gonna grasp the opportunity to make myself some breakfast so that I can make his when he comes out of the bathroom and has finished getting washed at the kitchen sink 🤢  It'll take him the best part of an hour to do those two things, so hopefully I'll have recovered enough by then to make him his breakfast too.

Another update to...

...today's to-do list 'cos there wasn't any news, so it now looks like this:

  • sort out the forum
  • do the news
  • give the Freegle things away
  • study the Christmas course
  • make my carers meals for him and
  • care for my carer throughout the day

Updated to-do list

I've crossed one thing off the list and just remembered that I need to add another thing to it, so it now looks like this:

  • sort out the forum
  • do the news
  • give the Freegle things away
  • study the Christmas course
  • make my carers meals for him and
  • care for my carer throughout the day

Next up is to get the news sorted while my carer is asleep then go and make his breakfast for him.  I'm gonna have breakfast too 'cos I won't be able to have any lunch again today and I need to eat, so breakfast it is.

I've got my second caffeinated drink of the week on the go which has woken me up so I can be on instant alert if my carer needs me.

Mornin' all

How's you this morning?

I'm diddling OK I think.

I've already taken my morning pills, run the daily virus scan and done some admin on the courses with the NSA but I still can't find 7 of the courses lol  It's prolly a PICNIC error lol

On the to-do list for today is to

  • sort out the forum
  • do the news
  • study the Christmas course
  • make my carers meals for him and
  • care for my carer throughout the day
