I've crossed one thing off the list and just remembered that I need to add another thing to it, so it now looks like this:
sort out the forum- do the news
- give the Freegle things away
- study the Christmas course
- make my carers meals for him and
- care for my carer throughout the day
Next up is to get the news sorted while my carer is asleep then go and make his breakfast for him. I'm gonna have breakfast too 'cos I won't be able to have any lunch again today and I need to eat, so breakfast it is.
I've got my second caffeinated drink of the week on the go which has woken me up so I can be on instant alert if my carer needs me.
