Steve's still plodding along, the groceries were delivered, I've had a shower and now I need to sort out the FitBit image before I go and see him, then I can eat when I get home. I've got a couple of flapjacks that I can have if I'm not stable enough to make a cooked meal, or there's a vegetable pizza I can have in the freezer if I'm safe enough to make it.
I can do this... it's just gonna be a suck it and see day today now that I've had the shower.
