...the end of JanNo23, I'll be eating a maximum of 10 times, which is less than Steve eats in 4 days, If he stocks up on meat like he did with NaNo, it'll be 6 weeks from now before I can start getting food in that is suitable for me again.
Those 10 lunches break down like this:
Saturday 3rd - curry
Sunday 4th - vegetarian spaghetti bolognaise
Friday 9th - vegetarian spaghetti bolognaise
Saturday 10th - vegetarian sweet 'n' sour
Sunday 11th - vegetarian chilli
Friday 16th - pasta bolognaise
Sunday 18th - vegetarian "chicken" nuggets and chips
Wednesday 21st - vegetarian sweet 'n' sour
Sunday 25th - Christmas lunch with Steve's family
Saturday 31st - pasta, sauce and vegetarian pieces.
That's it then until Steve's got through his inevitable stock-pile of meat in the fridge and both freezers which, if it's anything like NaNo was, will take at least 2 weeks before I can get some me-friendly food back into the house and I reckon it'll be the end of January before we regularly have me-friendly meals again even if, like NaNo, I finish in 6 days. I'm guessing I'll be very underweight by the time I finish JanNo, so I'll be reliant on having bread and spread so that I can increase my weight back up to a safe level again, which Steve won't like but I'd prefer to put up with his disapproval and guilt trips than go underweight again.
