A couple of hours late with this, but I've been having computer problems then doing my laps then arranging a pick up of some food on Olio then advertising something on Freegle so this is the first opportunity I've had all afternoon!
Today's lunch was made entirely by me because my lunchtime carer was almost as useless as my morning carer - literally all she did was slop the spaghetti loops into the bowl for me and that was it, I did everything else.
