I said in my last blog post that there were 2 pears left that I was too full to have.
I've just been to check and there are actually 4 so I was wrong and I'm sorry for my mistake.
I've had a can of Dr Pepper and been burping like a good'un so I'm not quite so stuffed now and I've decided to have the protein drink after all but I'm gonna leave it until 2.30pm at the earliest so that I don't get revisited by my lunch 🤮 I'm still not gonna take my lunchtime pill 'cos that sometimes makes me nauseous so I'm not gonna risk it today... first one I've missed in 2 weeks though, so that ain't too bad.
