I've crossed most of the big things off my to-do list now so I'm hoping/intending to look out for number one for at least part of the day tomorrow... I'm fed up of putting myself last so I'm gonna look out for myself as much as possible for the rest of the week, just for a very rare change - doubt it'll last more than a couple of hours, but I'm fed up of putting myself last and I can't pour from an empty jug.
My FitBit graph is gonna be very blue (under calorie target) today, but it's the start of the food experiments tomorrow - I'm gonna see how many calories I'm over or under with just the muesli (until I've finished it) and a tin of either baked beans or tinned spaghetti for lunch. I know I'll be way over when I start having toast for breakfast 'cos it's over 1,000 calories for that meal alone, thanks to the dairy-free spread, but I'll be able to burn that off with my laps each day.
Scratch that, the serving size was 100g so I'd put those in instead of the 10g it should have been, so I've spent the last little while editing that so I've still gotta find about 1000 calories during the day that I have the toast otherwise I'll lose even more weight which isn't too much of a problem but I wanna maintain as opposed to gain or lose now.
Time to take my last two pills of the day then head to bed.
