Can you guess what I had for my first meal of the week? Yep, two slices of wholemeal toast with dairy-free spread and a bottle of orange juice. I've also got a decaff tea on the go to try and reduce the amount I drink when I have coffee... it's too late for today 'cos I've already had a decaff mocha while I was waiting for my first carer of the week, but assuming I remember, it'll be teas and water tomorrow as my next experiment.
