Just my usual bowl of berries and cherries muesli, plant protein soya milk, a pack of apple and (3) grapes as well as my normal bottle of orange juice.
I decided to use a new bowl and spoon today in preparation for the hot meals starting again on Wednesday - I'll be back to having two slices of toast and an orange juice for breakfast and either a bowl of baked beans or a bowl of tinned spaghetti for lunch.
