So far this morning I've taken my blood pressure, popped my morning pills, had my breakfast and run the daily virus scan so just my normal daily routine. There were no advanced issues on the virus scan so it obviously needs a deeper scan (weekly or monthly) to resolve it.
There's just under an hour to go before my final carer of the week turns up and I can put the rubbish and recycling out and do the weekly maths... I reckon it'll be about a minute of actually doing their job and signed in for around 5 hours, so that's pretty normal.
Gotta remember to refill my dosette box after lunch, but for now it's time to make myself a drink and put today's to-do list together now I reckon.
