Well, my bum is gonna be awful this week, cos literally all I've had today is 1.5 litres of water because I was waiting for an Olio-er who has only just told me that they are no longer interested in the things and it's too late to eat now, so I've had precisely zero calories today and only 3 glasses of water. It's likely to be the same again tomorrow 'cos I've got a delivery due between 7am and 1pm, so unless I have a very early breakfast and a very late lunch, I won't be able to eat tomorrow. I might not be able to eat on Wednesday because of the weekly virus scan and backups and a medical appointment on Thursday just before lunch means I won't be able to eat before I go or when I come home, so it's potentially water for every meal until Friday morning this week. Not good. Not good at all.
