• Take morning pills
• Run daily virus scan
• Have breakfast
• Put breakfast photo onto this blog and Instagram
• Get washed and dressed with my carer
• Bag up and take out rubbish
• Take out recycling
• Have lunch
• Take lunchtime pill
• Refill dosette box
• Measure TV
• Advertise TV on Freegle
• Advertise VHS player on Freegle
• Find out what the other piece of technology is - I know what it is now so I'm gonna wait to hear from the appropriate place as to whether they want it back or not
• Advertise HDMI "thing" on Freegle - I'll wait until Marie's had a look at it hopefully next weekend
• Keep an eye on Freegle to see if anyone wants the microwave
• Offer Steve's footrest on Freegle
• Write some more of the sequel
• Read and review 4 Kindle Unlimited books 
• Study more of my courses 
• Take evening pills
• Go to bed
