I've been awake and down here for almost an hour but kept forgetting that I needed to say hello to you all and sort out my day's to-do list - woops!
I've taken my morning pills and finished the daily virus scan, so I'm looking for more undies now 'cos there are a couple of carers who keep saying that I need new, smaller, undies and newer, more supportive bras so they are spending my money for me again. I'm also gonna put a winter duvet and a couple of skirts onto the order too, so I'll have to apologise to the deliverer when they get here!
For hopefully the penultimate time, there won't be a breakfast photo this morning and I need to remember to weigh myself then do all of my weekly FitBit spreadsheet admin on my homepage.
Other than my carers and deliveries and groceries, I haven't got anything planned for this week, so I'm hoping to be able to get my nose stuck into another Kindle book so that I can get out of my head for a while.
I only put my food waste caddy out this week, but assuming the Council don't come for it mid-wash and dress, I'll try and go to the door to say good morning to them again. There will be loads of rubbish and recycling next week 'cos of barely putting any out today, but that's my usual routine now a week with (almost) nothing then a week with the full shebang which makes a change from this time last year when everything went out, crammed solid every week lol
What do you reckon my weight will have done when I weigh myself after my carer has left today? Gone up? Gone down? Stayed the same? Whatever the scales say, dictates whether I do my laps this week or not.
My hayfever is already through the roof so it won't be a good day with that either, disappointingly.
This blog post is waaaay too long, so I'm gonna publish it now and put my to-do list together before my first carer of the week arrives, then I'll keep shopping.
