Today's lunch of a tin (ie 2 servings) of spaghetti loops was made almost entirely by me - all my carer did today was open the can, slop it into the pan and stir it for about a minute or so while I put my laptop on the floor. I was still hungry when I finished the spaghetti, so I got myself 330-ish grams of milk chocolate peanuts after she'd left too.
