...logged it into the FitBit app, then downloaded, coded and uploaded last weeks spreadsheet to my homepage and if you said, in reply to my question, that I'd gained weight, you'd be wrong. If you said I'd maintained my weight, you'd be wrong, but if you'd agreed with me and said that I'd lost weight, we'd both have been right. I've lost 950g in the last 7 days, which is nowhere near as much as I was thinking, thankfully, but it's still a loss.
What do you reckon will happen this week? I'm not having anything other than a 250ml bottle of orange juice today and tomorrow then it'll hopefully be back to toast for breakfast each morning after that.
I thought, for several years, that the dairy-free spread I have on my toast was over 500 calories per slice but I recently (as in last week) discovered that it was the calorie count for 100g not 1 serving like I'd originally thought, so each breakfast will be 321 calories instead of over 1,000 like I'd wrongly thought, so what do you reckon will happen with my weight next week after hopefully having 4 (or ideally 5 if my carer gets here early enough on Sunday) lots of breakfast as well as either a tin of baked beans or a tin of spaghetti for lunch every day? I'd like to put on a kilo or so, but I'm still within the healthy weight range my GP gave me for my height so it's no biggie if I don't.
Leave your comments in reply to this (it'll give me a confidence boost to have your comment and it'll mean that I can keep all the opinions together) and let me know what you think will happen at next Monday's weigh-in.
