Mornin' all

Well, my Visible let me do the morning stability score reading this morning, so last time *was* just a badly timed blip, which I'm putting down to Loki.


So far this morning, other than taking my Visible reading (which was a huge 4 out of 5) I've been for 3 emergency wees, taken my blood pressure (which was right at the top of my own personal range), popped my 9 morning pills with my first breakfast and had my second breakfast for the first time this week I think.  I'm charging up my watch and I'm feeling nicely full, so hopefully I won't be snacking today.


The daily virus scan found an advanced issue, which is now resolved, so I can download my emails and get today's breakfast photo's up now, then today's to-do list, then wait for my breakfast to go down and settle a bit, then I can do my first set of laps and exercises today.
